The Contractor shall identify a full-time Lead Windows Administrator to oversee endpoint management and IT workflows, ensuring a secure and seamless end-user experience.The Lead Windows Administrator will be responsible for leading patch management, software deployment, encryption, and automation activities.

The Contractor shall identify a full-time Help Desk Lead who will be responsible for overall management support and coordination for Help Desk support for Tier levels I/II/III, (e.g., Tier I (phone and e-mail), Tier II (on-site, floor), Tier III (advanced hardware and software break/fix)), and Asset Management.
The Help Desk Lead shall lead a team of technicians providing broad-based technical support to end-users of networks, systems, and related services.
The Contractor shall identify a fulltime BPA-level Program Manager (PM) to serve as the Government’s main point of contact and to provide overall leadership and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned to all Task Orders (TO) issued under this BPA.
The PM will serve as the Transition Manager for the contract.
The PM is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of all TOs issued under this BPA to include both technical issues and business processes.
